These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Period Tracker & Ovulation mobile application (“App”) provided by Photo Collage & Grid Maker and Photo Video Editor (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, purchasing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum digital-consent age required in your country to use the App.
If you are below the age of legal majority, you should use the App only with the knowledge and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the App, you represent that you are legally permitted to agree to these Terms.
2. Description of the App
Period Tracker & Ovulation is a productivity, wellness, and cycle-tracking application.
The App may provide features such as:
* Period tracking
* Menstrual-cycle history
* Period predictions
* Ovulation estimates
* Fertile-window estimates
* Fertility-awareness information
* Symptom and PMS tracking
* Daily cycle insights
* Medicine reminders
* Water-intake tracking and reminders
* Weight tracking
* Sleep tracking and reminders
* Self-care and wellness content
* Personalized prediction settings
* Premium or subscription features
Features may vary depending on the App version, device, country, operating system, subscription status, and technical availability.
3. No User Account Required
The App does not require registration, account creation, or login.
Information entered in the App may be stored locally on your device.
You are responsible for:
* Maintaining access to your device
* Protecting your device from unauthorized access
* Using an appropriate PIN, password, fingerprint, face lock, or other security method
* Maintaining any device backup available to you
Uninstalling the App, clearing App storage, resetting your device, changing devices, losing your device, or experiencing device failure may result in permanent loss of locally stored information.
We may not be able to recover locally stored information.
4. Not a Medical Device
The App is provided for general wellness, informational, and tracking purposes.
The App is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
The App does not provide:
* Medical diagnosis
* Medical treatment
* Professional healthcare services
* Laboratory testing
* Prescription services
* Emergency assistance
* Guaranteed fertility results
* Guaranteed pregnancy results
* Guaranteed contraceptive protection
The App is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, testing, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
5. Cycle, Ovulation, and Fertility Predictions
Period dates, ovulation dates, fertile windows, cycle phases, and other predictions are estimates.
Predictions may be calculated using:
* Information entered by you
* Previous cycle records
* User-selected settings
* General calculation methods
Menstrual cycles may change or become irregular because of age, health conditions, hormonal changes, medication, stress, pregnancy, breastfeeding, lifestyle factors, and other circumstances.
We do not guarantee that any prediction will be complete, current, or accurate.
You must not rely on the App:
* As your only method of contraception
* To guarantee prevention of pregnancy
* To guarantee conception
* To diagnose pregnancy
* To diagnose infertility
* To make urgent medical decisions
* To replace professional healthcare
You remain responsible for decisions made using information displayed by the App.
6. Information Entered by Users
You control the information you enter in the App.
You agree not to enter or use:
* Information you do not have the legal right to use
* Information that unlawfully violates another person’s privacy
* Fraudulent or misleading information
* Malicious code
* Content intended to damage or interfere with the App
* Content that violates applicable law
You retain ownership of personal records and notes you enter.
You grant us a limited right to process technical information where reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, analyze, secure, and improve the App, subject to the Privacy Policy
7. Reminders and Notifications
The App may provide period, ovulation, fertile-window, medicine, water, sleep, wellness, and other reminders.
Reminder delivery may depend on:
* Device notification permission
* Battery optimization
* Background activity settings
* Device manufacturer restrictions
* Operating-system settings
* Internet availability
* Device time and time-zone settings
* App updates
* Technical availability
We do not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered at the requested time.
You should not rely solely on the App for medication schedules, medical appointments, urgent health matters, or other time-critical activities.
8. Subscriptions and Premium Features
The App may offer optional paid subscriptions, free trials, introductory offers, one-time purchases, or premium features through Google Play.
No separate App account or login is required to purchase a subscription.
Purchases are associated with the Google Play account used to complete the transaction.
8.1 Purchase Information
Before completing a purchase, Google Play or the App will display applicable information, which may include:
* Subscription price
* Billing period
* Currency
* Premium features
* Trial period
* Introductory offer
* Renewal conditions
By confirming a purchase, you authorize Google Play to charge the payment method associated with your Google Play account.
8.2 Automatic Renewal
An auto-renewing subscription will renew automatically unless it is canceled before the applicable renewal date.
Subscription charges are processed through Google Play.
Applicable prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown during the purchase process.
8.3 Free Trials and Introductory Offers
Free trials and introductory offers may be available only to eligible users.
Unless canceled before the trial or promotional period ends, the subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the displayed price.
Eligibility for trials and offers is determined by Google Play and the applicable offer conditions.
8.4 Managing or Canceling a Subscription
You can manage or cancel a Google Play subscription through:
Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Period Tracker & Ovulation
Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise.
Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
Clearing App storage does not cancel a subscription.
Changing devices does not cancel a subscription.
8.5 Restoring Purchases
Where supported, purchases may be restored using the same Google Play account used for the original purchase.
Purchase restoration may depend on:
* Google Play availability
* A valid purchase record
* The current subscription status
* Internet access
* Applicable product availability
8.6 Refunds
Payments, billing, cancellations, and eligible refunds are handled according to:
* Google Play policies
* Applicable consumer-protection laws
* The terms presented during purchase
We cannot guarantee that Google Play will approve a refund request.
9. Advertising
The free version of the App may display third-party advertisements.
Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on:

* Advertising-provider requirements
* Applicable law
We do not control every advertisement displayed by third-party advertising providers.
Your interaction with an advertisement or third-party service is governed by that third party’s terms and privacy practices.
10. License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the App for lawful personal purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual-property rights to you.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
* Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App
* Modify or create unauthorized derivative works
* Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where expressly permitted by law
* Circumvent subscriptions, payment validation, access controls, or security features
* Manipulate or falsify purchase information
* Use automated systems to overload or disrupt the App
* Introduce malware, harmful code, or unauthorized scripts
* Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
* Interfere with the operation or security of the App
* Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity
* Violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights
* Misrepresent the App’s predictions as medical advice
* Use App predictions as guaranteed contraceptive or fertility results
12. Intellectual Property
The App and its associated software, design, graphics, interfaces, branding, text, logos, databases, algorithms, and original content are owned by or licensed to us.
They are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Third-party names, trademarks, services, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Self-Care and Wellness Content
Self-care stories, wellness tips, cycle insights, and informational content are provided for general educational and wellness purposes.
This content:
* Is not individualized medical advice
* May not apply to every user
* Does not replace a healthcare professional
* Does not guarantee any health outcome
* Should not be used for diagnosis or treatment
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions involving medication, pregnancy, fertility, severe symptoms, treatment, or other medical concerns.
14. App Updates and Availability
We may:
* Add new features
* Modify existing features
* Remove unsupported features
* Release maintenance or security updates
* Change device or operating-system requirements
* Temporarily suspend functionality
* Discontinue unsupported App versions
Some updates may be required to continue using the App securely or access premium functionality.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, compatible, or error-free.
15. Local Data and Data Loss
Health and wellness information may be stored locally on your device.
We are not responsible for information loss resulting from:
* App uninstallation
* Clearing App storage
* Device loss or theft
* Device damage
* Factory reset
* Storage corruption
* Operating-system failure
* Device replacement
* User actions
* Unsupported App versions
* Events outside our reasonable control
You should maintain appropriate device security and backups where available.
16. Third-Party Services
The App may depend on third-party services, including:

* Google Play Billing
* Advertising providers

* Crash-reporting providers
* Subscription-management providers

We are not responsible for third-party outages, availability, policies, content, actions, or services outside our reasonable control.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:

* Fertile-window estimates will be accurate
* Reminders will always be delivered
* The App will meet every individual need
* Information will never be lost
* The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
* Every feature will remain permanently available
* The App will be compatible with every device
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
* Reliance on period, ovulation, or fertility predictions
* Pregnancy or contraceptive decisions
* Missed, delayed, or incorrect reminders
* Loss of locally stored information
* Device failure
* App interruption
* Subscription-service interruption
* Third-party services
* Unauthorized device access
* Use or inability to use the App
Our total liability arising from the App will not exceed the amount paid by you for the App during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Photo Collage & Grid Maker and Photo Video Edito, its affiliates, employees, officers, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:
* Your unlawful use of the App
* Your material violation of these Terms
* Your violation of another person’s legal rights
* Information or content you use unlawfully
This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
21. Suspension or Discontinuation
We may restrict or discontinue access to the App or specific functionality when reasonably necessary because of:
* Security threats
* Fraud or payment abuse
* Technical problems
* Legal requirements
* Violations of these Terms
* Discontinuation of a third-party service
* Discontinuation of the App
Discontinuation does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Users should manage subscriptions through Google Play.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat and India, excluding conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise.
Before beginning formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising mandatory rights available under applicable consumer or data-protection law.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect:
* Changes to the App
* Changes to subscriptions
* Legal or regulatory requirements
* Security requirements
* Operational changes
* Changes to third-party services
The “Last Updated” date will be revised when updated Terms are published.
Where required, we may provide additional notice before material changes become effective.
Continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and us concerning the use of the App, except where additional terms are expressly presented for a particular purchase or service.
